Please tell us a little about your company: 

Sajnani Brand Management is a NYC-based branding agency that specializes in working with female entrepreneurs

For those moving to Paris, I research the lifestyle details most relocation companies don't address, such as where to shop based on your preferences, get the best cup of coffee in your neighborhood, find gyms and sports to join, English-speaking organizations to be a part of...all things that can make a difference in this major life change.

How did you get the idea for your business?

I’ve had the opportunity to work with UWIB on the Programming side for many years- this led me to start working with other female founders on smaller side projects, partnerships for their business, and branding.

When meeting with Female Founders through UWIB, and other organizations I was really blown away by them. These women were pushing the way we eat, buy, think, browse, but doing so silently behind the curtain. Their voice and their vision were the engines behind this innovation but were getting no platform on their own. For years I just watched amazing brands and concepts get lost in the sea of small businesses founded each day and it just became so clear to me that asking a brand on its own to fight through those waves and come out a survivor was a herculean task. But by amplifying the founder’s voice and pairing it with the brand, it was possible to really cultivate a following and increase how far the brand could reach. 

What do you love about your job?

Female founders that are looking for the ultimate utility player- for both business support, and a brand building strategist.

What is your favorite way to encourage women entrepreneurs?

When working with Female Founders so closely you become a confidant.

By reminding them of their success, ability to create these incredible companies and impact other women through their stories I continuously encourage them.
