Kimberly leads the CRA strategy for a $42 billion national bank. In this role, she manages qualifying CRA performance activity across the Lending, Investment, and Service Tests applicable to large banks, leads her bank’s community development efforts, and oversees the Bank’s CRA charitable contributions. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Barry University. Kimberly is an attorney and has over 20 years of experience in banking compliance. During her career, she spent 12 years in consulting, providing services to financial institutions in areas such as regulatory and operational risk management, compliance management, complaints management, regulatory change management, regulatory examination and enforcement action compliance, and issue management/remediation. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family to NC, going to concerts and baseball games, and reading books on the beach.
