A staunch advocate of social justice, Eric Nguyen is the Senior Director of Consulting and Training at YW Boston, where he brings an innovative approach to organizational assessment, action planning, leadership coaching, and trainings that help organizations achieve their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. He possesses extensive experience leading learning and development initiatives, building inclusive cultures, driving change management, and guiding data-informed strategic planning. Eric is also passionate about pioneering ways to integrate AI into organizations that are responsible, ethical, and equitable. Prior to YW Boston, he advanced academic opportunities for first-generation, undocumented, and low-income students of color in both secondary and higher education. He contributes to his local community through various leadership roles, including service on the board of the Natick Community Organic Farm.
