Dan Kohanzo is Vice President of Business Development for RedRidge. He is responsible for cultivating, building and maintaining the firms’ relationships with prospects, clients and referral sources. Through his efforts, RedRidge builds trusted relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, lenders and corporates by ultimately providing a value added, simplified due diligence approach to mergers and acquisitions as well as debt capital transactions.
The early part of his career was spent raising capital for private investments for hedge funds, structured products, energy-oil/gas and real estate. In 2016 he pivoted into business development roles at several top 20 public accounting firms. In those roles he helped both private and public companies identify solutions within accounting and finance, including audit, tax and consulting. Most recently, he was Vice President with Deloitte in the EGC (Emerging Growth Co.) practice group, working closely with VC/PE Growth backed companies in providing audit and accounting solutions for high growth companies. Dan is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
