Event Recap: Money Mindset Workshop with Rebecca Pino

United Women in Business Foundation hosted a powerful virtual Money Mindset Workshop with Rebecca Pino, founder of Money Her Way, and it was anything but your typical finance conversation.

Rather than diving straight into budgets or spreadsheets, Rebecca guided attendees through a deeper exploration of their personal relationship with money. The session focused on the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that shape how we earn, spend, save, and invest. Throughout the workshop, participants worked to identify their core values, uncover inherited money narratives, and define their own version of financial success.

What made the experience especially meaningful was the sense of shared vulnerability and support. Women from all career stages came together to have honest conversations about money, a topic that is often avoided but deeply influential in both our personal and professional lives.

The evening closed with an exciting raffle, where attendees had the chance to win a one-on-one coaching session with Rebecca or a one-year subscription to her fintech platform, Inertia. This workshop was a strong reflection of UWIB’s mission to educate, elevate, and empower women.
