At the United Women in Business (UWIB), we are committed to supporting women at every stage of their professional and personal journeys by creating spaces for meaningful connection, learning, and growth. Our upcoming workshop, Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, is designed to help women better understand the internal patterns that shape how they show up — and how to move beyond them with confidence.
Led by mindset coach Jennifer Vollmann, this interactive session goes deeper than surface-level confidence tips. Jennifer’s work centers on the idea that imposter syndrome isn’t a reflection of capability, but rather the result of unconscious “autopilot” thought patterns developed over time — patterns that once served a purpose but now create friction in decision-making, action-taking, and self-trust. When fear, uncertainty, or hesitation shows up, it’s often not the situation itself holding us back, but the underlying stories we’ve attached to it.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be guided through exercises to identify these patterns, understand how they influence behavior, and begin to reframe them in a way that supports growth rather than limits it. Through reflection and practical application, attendees will learn how to separate their sense of self-worth from outcomes, navigate fear without spiraling, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
By the end of the session, participants will walk away with a deeper awareness of the internal narratives that drive imposter syndrome, along with tangible tools to interrupt those patterns and build new ones. Whether you’re stepping into a new role, navigating a transition, or simply looking to show up more confidently in your day-to-day work, this workshop will provide a supportive environment to strengthen self-trust and take action aligned with your goals.
By the end of the session, participants will:
Identify the “autopilot” thought patterns that drive imposter syndrome and keep you stuck
Learn how to separate your self-worth from outcomes, decisions, and external validation
Gain practical tools to interrupt negative thought loops and reframe limiting beliefs in real time
Build the confidence to move through fear and uncertainty without spiraling
Walk away with actionable steps to strengthen self-trust and take aligned action in your career

About Our Speaker: Jennifer Vollmann spent years training athletes to push past their physical limits before she realized the biggest barrier to performance, in sport and in business, was never the body. It was the mind.
As a certified executive leadership coach and founder of Finding Success and Finding Endurance, Jennifer works with people who are smart, driven, and held back by fear, self-doubt, and the kind of imposter syndrome that doesn't respond to logic alone. Her six-step framework helps clients move from unconscious autopilot, where procrastination, perfectionism, and self-sabotage run the show, to deliberate, repeatable action rooted in choice.
Her work is grounded in science-backed mindset tools and a deep understanding of what it takes to perform under pressure. Jennifer shares that perspective through her podcast Finding Your Endurance Mindset. She is also the Head of Operations for XTRI World Tour, the organization behind the world's most extreme triathlons.
She doesn't believe in eliminating fear. She believes in learning to walk straight through it.
