This casual, come-as-you-are gathering is open to women professionals and allies across all industries—whether you’re a longtime UWIB member or brand new to the community. It’s the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle with ambitious, driven women, expand your network, and build meaningful relationships in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Our friendly UWIB team will be on hand to make introductions and help spark conversations, so feel free to come solo or bring a friend. You’ll also have the chance to meet UWIB board members, learn more about our mission, and discover ways to get involved in a growing national community dedicated to empowering women at every stage of their careers.

For those new to UWIB, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on supporting the professional and personal development of women across industries. We offer educational programming, professional development events, philanthropy initiatives, and social gatherings—all designed to help you grow your career and build lasting connections. Best of all, membership is completely free. ✨

As a small non-profit, we are kindly suggesting a $10 donation. All proceeds will go back into UWIB programming across the nation, including in Chicago!
